The Sixth Annual Racetech Yamaha Jet Ski Fishing Classic 2015

11th Feb 2015 - 15th Feb 2015

Ponto Do Oura

The Racetech Yamaha Jet Ski Fishing Classic 2015 The year seems to have flown by but at least the good thing is that The Planets biggest, most awesome Jet Ski Fishing compo is just around the corner. Now in its sixth year The Annual Racetech Yamaha Jet Ski Fishing Classic in Ponta do Ouro in Southern Mozambique has grown to such an extent that the places are mostly filled by the New Year drawing to it all the countries top Jet Ski anglers as well as a host of new faces. All records were once again broken this year with just over 130 competitors on 120 Jet Skis taking part. Every year we cannot believe how the event grows and grows and this next year we expect it to be no different. As always we have a limit on the number of Jet Skis we can launch so get your entries in early. The beautiful Coco Rico resort in the heart of Ponta once again plays host to this prestigious event. Perfectly positioned for an event of this kind a few hundred metres from the Ponta do Ouro launch site with ample space for guests to park their Jet Skis. Air conditioned units mean your stay is in comfort and style. The units surround a central pool and dining area and mean that you have all the festivities on your doorstep all weekend with the luxury of being able to escape from it all if you feel like it by just walking a few metres to your cabin. Great food, welcoming bar and friendly staff mean that you arenít going to want to leave this awesome venue. The 2014 event saw a previous winner , Pieter Steenkamp take top honours again. Followed closely by Clive Murphy and the Gerrit Loef. This is the first time we have had a previous winner take the title again and the great thing is every year all the previous winners are there to fight tooth and nail to regain their title. Clive Murphy, Neal Govender, and Byron Kane this year. We hope to see them all again at the 2015 event. Who knows maybe this year one of the other winners will recapture that trophy.
